Solutions for Special Needs Families mission is to provide hope for families with disabilities. As advocates for these families, we feel it is our responsibility to connect them with resources that empower, increase self-determination, and improve their well-being.
Resources included are health/ mental health, day programs, policy, jobs/ opportunities, residential living, and more. These resources are subject to change due to the current administration.

Medicaid waiver programs can provide home and community-based services for eligible individuals with disabilities, complex medical needs, and long-term support needs. Services and eligibility requirements vary by program and county.
